既有建筑幕墙基于系统层次的安全性鉴定评级探究 被引量:1

摘要 现行既有建筑幕墙安全性鉴定标准大部分参考了建筑主体结构安全性鉴定的思路,将幕墙按构件、子单元、鉴定单元分为3个构件层次进行分析鉴定,考虑到建筑幕墙作为围护结构与建筑主体结构的差异,提出了一种基于既有建筑幕墙系统层次的安全性鉴定评级方法。该方法明确了既有建筑幕墙系统的构成和主次关系,增加了安全隐患较高的开启系统、连接系统、构造及附属物的检测鉴定和建筑幕墙系统的鉴定评级。通过既有建筑幕墙安全性鉴定评级案例推导可发现:当采用基于主体结构构件层次的安全性鉴定评级方法时,鉴定单元可评定为B_(su)级;当采用基于既有建筑幕墙系统层次的安全性鉴定评级方法时,鉴定单元评定为C_(su)级,安全鉴定等级降低,对应建筑幕墙工程应用安全的可靠度增加。 Most of the current safety evaluation standards of existing building curtain walls refer to the idea of safety evaluation of the main structure of the building.The curtain walls are divided into three component levels according to components,sub-units and evaluation units for analysis and evaluation.Considering the difference between the building curtain wall as the enclosure structure and the main structure of the building,a safety appraisal and rating method based on the level of the existing building curtain wall system was proposed.This method defined the composition and the primary and secondary relationship of the existing building curtain wall system,added the detection and evaluation of the opening system and connection system with high security risks,as well as the structure and accessories,and the appraisal and rating of the building curtain wall system were increased.Through the derivation of the existing building curtain wall safety appraisal and rating case,it can be found that when the safety appraisal and rating method based on the main structure component level is adopted,the identification unit can be rated as B_(su) level.When the safety appraisal and rating method based on the existing building curtain wall system level is adopted,the identification unit is evaluated as C_(su) level,which reduces the safety appraisal level and increases the reliability of the building curtain wall engineering application.
