摘要
20世纪七八十年代建造的砌体结构房屋,其使用年限逐渐接近设计使用寿命,为保证后续使用过程中的结构安全,需鉴定结构的安全性。文章以某老旧办公楼为例,对其结构现状进行检查,检测承重主体材料强度,并利用结构分析软件对结构实际承载力进行验算和抗震分析,得出结构安全鉴定结论,同时给出加固建议,为类似老旧办公楼的安全性鉴定提供借鉴。
The service life of masonry structural houses built in the 1970s and 1980s is gradually approaching the design service life.In order to ensure the structural safety in the subsequent use process,the safety of the structure needs to be identified.Taking an old office building as an example,the structural status is inspected,the strength of the load-bearing body materials is detected,and the actual bearing capacity of the structure is calculated and seismic analysis is conducted by using the structural analysis software.The structural safety identification conclusion is drawn,and the reinforcement suggestions are given,which can provide reference for the safety identification of similar old office buildings.
