摘要
文章重点介绍了隧道掘进新型水压爆破技术相对隧道掘进水压爆破和常规爆破的技术创新点,讲述了该技术实际操作工艺中的三大关键施工控制要点。在每循环设计进尺2 m左右的条件下,通过在Ⅴ级围岩开挖掘进中的实际应用,对炮眼装药结构、装药量、炸药单耗、粉尘浓度、抛距等相关数据进行记录、对比、分析。结果表明,新型水压爆破在继承水压爆破优点的基础上,更便于现场施工和节约成本,适用于Ⅴ级围岩。
This paper mainly introduces the technical innovation points of the new water pressure blasting technology in tunnel excavation compared with the water pressure blasting and conventional blasting in tunnel excavation,and discusses three key construction control points in the actual operation process of this technology.Under the condition of a design footage of about 2 meters per cycle,through the practical application in the excavation of grade V surrounding rocks,the relevant data such as blasthole charge structure,charge quantity,explosive unit consumption,dust concentration and throwing distance are recorded,compared and analyzed.The results show that on the basis of inheriting the advantages of water pressure blasting,the new water pressure blasting is more convenient for on-site construction and cost saving,which is suitable for grade V surrounding rocks.
