除磷工艺优化的BioWin数值模拟研究--以不同加药点的铁盐除磷为例

Research on Phosphorus Removal Process Based on BioWin Numerical Simulation--Taking the Removal of Phosphorus with Ferric Salt at Different Dosing Scenarios as an Example

摘要 选取了“P-有机磷”、“P-聚磷酸盐”、“P-正磷酸盐”和“(HFO+P)”(水合羟基氧化铁+P)等多项磷不同形态指标,利用BioWin对3种不同铁盐加药方式的化学强化生物除磷方案进行了数值模拟运行,量化给出了各组分的计算结果。研究表明:在进水TP=6.5mg/L、投加铁盐/TP=1.28mol/mol的条件下,前置除磷、同步除磷、后置除磷在沉淀池进水中所形成的“(HFO+P)”组分占比分别为85.1%、80.3%、79.6%,后通过沉降作用去除;其中前置除磷方案的“HFO高活性表面+(H_(2)PO_(4)^(-))”这一组分占比约是其他除磷方案的2倍。前置铁盐投加的方案对所形成HFO高活性表面的活性吸附位利用最为充分,约61.5%的“P-正磷酸盐”被HFO通过共沉淀、吸附作用转变为“(HFO+P)”,对增强出水中TP浓度的去除率起到了决定性的作用,为优化除磷工艺的选择提供科学依据。 Diferent speciation of phosphorus such as P-organic,P-polyphosphates,P-orthophosphates and(HFO+P)“(Hydrous Ferric Oxides+P)”,are selected as indicators,numerical simulation on 3 different chemical enhanced biological phosphorus removal scenarios with different ferric salt dosing point was carried out based on BioWin,and the quantity of each component were calculated.The results showed that under the conditions of influent TP=6.5mg/L and ferric salt/TP=1.28mol/mol,the proportion of(HFO+P)components in the sedimentation tank influent in pre-phosphorus removal scenario,sync-phosphorus removal scenario,post-phosphorus removal scenario were 85.1%,80.3%and 79.6%,respectively,which were removed lately by sedimentation process.The proportion of“HFO-High Surface+H,PO”component of pre-phosphorus removal scenario was twice that of other phosphorus removal scenarios.Additionally,the pre-phosphorus removal scenario made the best use of active adsorption sites on the highly active surface of HFO,about 61.5%of P-orthophosphates was converted to(HFO+P)by co-precipitation and adsorption process of HFO,which plays a decisive role in enhancing the TP removal rate in effluent,and provides scientific basis for phosphorus removal proposal optimization.
