摘要
为使废水中磷达到更好的去除效果,生物法与化学法结合(即BC法)是目前除磷的发展趋势,但絮凝剂对系统中微生物的影响研究仍较少。氯化铁是除磷过程中常用的絮凝剂,本试验主要研究了其对SBBR反应器中除磷效果的影响。结果表明,当进水TP质量浓度为2.34~7.13mg·L-1,每星期向反应器中投加一次氯化铁(投加质量浓度为3mgFeCl3·(L废水)-1时,反应器对TP的去除率在86.5%以上,出水质量浓度稳定在0.5mg·L-1以下,达到国家排放标准的一级A标准(GB18918-2002);过量的氯化铁则因抑制生物膜中微生物活性,不利于磷的去除。
This paper introduces the authors' investigation of the effect of FeCl_3 on the TP removal in the pilot-plant-scale with the Sequencing Biofilm Batch Reactor(SBBR). If it is necessary for HRT to last 6.5 h (namely, then it would take 15 min to feed, 300 min to react, 65 min to settle and 10 min to decant, respectively),the pH value will be between 7.0 and 7.2,and the air volume will be 0.14 m^3/h. And in doing so, the results of the experiment would be: (1) The TP removal rate will be above 86.5% ( the concentration of influent is 2.347.13 mg·L^(-1), and that of effluent?below 0.5 mg·L^(-1)) with the dosage of 3 mg FeCl_3/(L wastewater) once a week; (2) The excessive dosage of FeCl_3 may decrease the removal efficiency of TP for the high FeCl_3 may suppress the metabolism of the microorganisms in the biofilm. More accurate results are to be gained later in our following studies in this connection with the above results as a reference. However, it is the general development trend of waste treatment to improve the removal efficiency of TP by using the biological progress to treat chemicals. But so far there are very few studiesin this way. In the B/C process microorganism can be combined with the flocculant to remove the contamination in water, but little is known with the details with the mechanism. In view of economy and convenience, FeCl_3 is often used as the flocculant in the progress of phosphorus removal. Besides, in B/C progress, FeCl_3 can not only directly remove TP through coagulating sedimentation,it can also change the structure of microorganism of the floccule to influence the removal efficiency.
