摘要
在就业市场整体供大于求的背景下,企业对于人才的要求也在不断提高。“就业硬实力”已经不再是企业选择人才的唯一标准,越来越多的企业对人才的“就业软实力”也提出了要求,就业软实力已经成为影响职业学校学生顺利就业的关键因素。对企业需求背景下职业学校学生就业软实力的内涵进行深入解析,并从学校、社会、学生等三个维度对学生就业软实力提升提出建议。
In the context of the overall oversupply of the employment market,the requirements of enterprises for talents are also increasing.“Employment hard power”is no longer the only standard for enterprises to select talents.More and more enterprises have also put forward requirements for“employment soft power”of talents.Employment soft power has become a key factor affecting the smooth employment of vocational school students.This paper analyzes the connotation of the employment soft power of vocational school students in the context of enterprise demand,and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of students’employment soft power from three dimensions:school,society and students.
