摘要
分析新时代工匠精神的内涵,对S职业学校学生对工匠精神的认知与认同、工匠精神培育、工匠精神践行等方面进行问卷调查。基于S职业学校工匠精神培育的现状,从明确培养目标、注重思想引领、完善教师队伍、改革考核制度、加强学科融合、涵养职业匠心等方面,提出了新时代工匠精神培育路径。
This paper analyzes the connotation of craftsman spirit in the new era,and makes a questionnaire survey on students'cognition and recognition of craftsman spirit,cultivation of craftsman spirit and practice of craftsman spirit in S vocational school.Based on the present situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in S vocational school,this paper studies the cultivation path of craftsman spirit in the new era from the aspects of defining the cultivation goal,paying attention to ideological guidance,perfecting the teaching staff,reforming the assessment system,strengthening the integration of disciplines,and cultivating professional ingenuity.
