摘要
新时代青年观是关于习近平对青年人的时代使命、现实要求、培养路径等青年发展工作的规律总结,为高校开展日常思想政治教育指明了前进的方向。对8所高校问卷调查显示,当前高校对新时代青年观引领日常思想政治教育工作开展得不够深入和细致,忽略了时代发展和大学生成长特点,导致融入工作实效性不强,学生对于新时代青年观的社会实践活动参与度不高,学习成效不足。将新时代青年观融入高校大学生日常思想政治教育,必须强化网络育人阵地构建,提升政治引领作用;建设新时代青年观教育基地,强化使命担当;融入创新创业教育及就业指导工作中,培养奋斗精神;融入党团班级建设,贯通全程育人;融入校园文化建设,打造良好的育人环境。
Youth outlook in the new era is General Secretary Xi Jinping's summarization of youth development concerning their missions in the new era,reality requirements and cultivating paths.A questionnaire survey of 8 universities shows that the daily ideological and political education work guided by the New Era Youth Outlook is not in-depth and meticulous enough,neglecting the development of the times and the growth characteristics of college students,resulting in weak effectiveness in integrating work,low participation of students in social practice activities of the New Era Youth Outlook,and insufficient learning effectiveness.To integrate the concept of youth in the new era into the daily ideological and political education of college students,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of online education platforms and enhance the role of political leadership;Building a new era youth education base and strengthening mission responsibility;Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance to cultivate a spirit of struggle;Integrating into the construction of Party and Youth League classes,and integrate the entire process of education;Integrating into campus cultural construction and creating a good educational environment.
