疏水缔合聚合物/表面活性剂复合体系的吸附和乳化性能研究

摘要 以疏水缔合聚合物HAWP和表面活性剂EDAB复配构筑了一种复合驱油体系EDHA。利用紫外分光光度计、光学显微镜和稳定性分析仪等研究了复合体系EDHA在多孔介质中的吸附行为以及乳化原油行为。研究结果表明,EDHA体系具有很好的抗吸附性能,在净砂上的吸附量仅为1.85 mg/g。在EDAB与HAWP的协同作用下,EDHA体系在轻微的扰动下即可形成乳状液,平均粒径为2.9μm,后期易破乳,方便采出液的处理。研究成果可为同类复合驱油体系的构筑及其在油田的推广应用提供实验理论支撑。 The compound system was constructed by hydrophobic associating polymer and surfactant.In this work,the adsorption behavior of composite system EDHA in porous media,emulsifying crude oil behavior and micro-displacement mechanism of crude oil were studied by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometer,optical microscope,stability analyzer and micro-displacement device.The results show that EDHA system has good anti-adsorption performance and the adsorption capacity on net sand is only 1.85 mg/g.Under the synergic action of EDAB and HAWP,the EDHA system can form emulsion with an average particle size of 2.9μm under slight disturbance,which is easy to break in the later stage and convenient for the treatment of produced liquid.The research results can provide experimental theoretical support for the construction of the same compound oil drive system and its application in the oilfield.
