摘要
水泥窑烧成带用方镁石-锰铝尖晶石砖制备的关键是锰铝尖晶石的合成,分别以MnO、MnO_(2)、MnCO_(3)为锰源,α-Al_(2)O_(3)、Al(OH)_(3)为铝源,按照理论组成配料,经混合、成型、干燥后,在1550、1600℃保温3 h合成了锰铝尖晶石,研究了不同锰源和铝源对合成锰铝尖晶石性能的影响。结果表明:1)相比MnO_(2)和MnCO_(3),以MnO为锰源合成锰铝尖晶石的合成率较高,显气孔率较低,体积密度较高,晶粒尺寸更大,达到50μm,结构致密。2)相比Al(OH)_(3),以α-Al_(2)O_(3)为铝源合成的锰铝尖晶石裂纹更少,显气孔率更低,结构更致密。因此,以α-Al_(2)O_(3)为铝源,以MnO为锰源,经1600℃烧结合成了纯度较高、晶体发育良好的致密锰铝尖晶石。
The preparation key of periclase-manganese aluminate spinel bricks for the cement kiln firing zone is the synthesis of manganese aluminate spinel.Manganese aluminate spinel(MnAl_(2)O_(4))was synthesized at 1550 and 1600℃for 3 h,using MnO,MnO_(2)and MnCO_(3)as manganese sources andα-Al_(2)O_(3)and Al(OH)_(3)as aluminum sources.The effects of different manganese and aluminum sources on the properties of manganese aluminate spinel were investigated.The results show that:(1)compared with MnO_(2)and MnCO_(3),manganese aluminate spinel synthesized with MnO as the manganese source has the higher synthesis rate,lower apparent porosity,higher bulk density,larger grain size of 50μm and denser structure;(2)compared with Al(OH)_(3),manganese aluminate spinel synthesized withα-Al_(2)O_(3)as the aluminum source has less cracks,lower apparent porosity and denser structure.Therefore,dense manganese aluminate spinel with high purity and good crystal development was synthesized by sintering at 1600℃withα-Al_(2)O_(3)as the aluminum source and MnO as the manganese source.
