摘要
开展学校劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节之一,构建大中小学劳动教育一体化建设机制是学校劳动教育改革创新的迫切需要。当前,大中小学劳动教育一体化建设过程中,仍然存在教研设计条块分割、内容结构重复交叉、方法手段纷乱杂陈、多维合力协同不足等现实问题。构建新时代大中小学劳动教育一体化建设机制,需要着力于教研体系、内容体系、方法体系和育人体系创新,以切实把握学校劳动教育内在需求,提升学校劳动教育预期效果。
Carrying out school labor education is one of the key links to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people through moral education.It is an urgent need for the reform and innovation of school labor education to build an integrated construction mechanism of labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools.At present,in the process of the integration of labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools,there are still some practical problems,such as the segmentation of teaching and research design,the overlapping of content and structure,the confusion of methods and means,and the lack of multi-dimensional synergy.To build an integrated construction mechanism of labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools in the new era,it is necessary to focus on the innovation of teaching and research system,content system,method system and education system,so as to effectively grasp the internal demand of school labor education and improve the expected effect of school labor education.
