珠三角农民工的社区选择与社会融合

Community Choice and Social Integration of Migrant Workers in Pearl River Delta

摘要基于2017年珠三角农民工抽样调查数据,采用因子分析等数理统计方法探讨处于家庭生命周期不同阶段的四类农民工家庭的社区选择与社会融合。结果表明:(1)珠三角农民工的社区选择有工厂宿舍区、城中村、老街区、保障房社区和商品房社区5种类型,其中以选择城中村为主,五类社区选择比例最高的农民工家庭分别是未育夫妻家庭、夫妻与未婚子女家庭、未婚者与父母家庭、空巢家庭;(2)居住在老街区的农民工整体社会融合最高,其次是商品房社区、保障房社区、城中村、工厂宿舍区;(3)老街区的文化和心理融合最高,商品房社区的经济融合较高,保障房社区的心理融合较高,工厂宿舍区和城中村的经济、心理融合较低,社交融合在五类社区中的差异较小。最后,提出以社区为单位推动农民工市民化和新型城镇化的策略。 Based on the questionnaire data of 1270 migrant workers of the Pearl River Delta in 2017,this paper adopts factor analysis to explore the community choice and social integration among four types of migrant workers’families.The results are as followings:(1)Four types of migrant workers’families(including childless family,parents and minor children combined family,unmarried children and their parents combined family,and empty nest family)choose the highest proportion in factory dormitories,urban villages,commercial housing communities and affordable housing communities respectively.(2)The old neighborhoods has the highest level of social integration,followed by commercial housing communities,affordable housing communities,urban villages and factory dormitories;the cultural integration and psychological integration of old neighborhoods are the highest;the economic integration of commercial housing community is high;the psychological integration of affordable housing communities is high;the economic,psychological integration of factory dormitories and urban villages are low,the difference of social integration among five types of communities is small.Finally,this paper puts forward the citizenization strategies of different types of migrant workers’neighbourhoods.
