摘要
目的探索医院消毒供应室采取全程质控管理在提高工作质量并防范院内感染事件的应用价值。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月莒县卫生健康综合执法大队400件医疗器械和25名消毒供应室医务人员为研究对象。2021年10月—2022年3月消毒供应室采取常规管理开展工作,纳入200件医疗器械和25名医务人员作为对照组。2022年4—10月消毒供应室实施全程质控管理开展工作,纳入200件医疗器械和25名医务人员作为观察组。对比不同管理模式的应用价值。结果观察组器械处理各环节合格率、管理模式评价评分、管理模式满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组院内感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室采取全程质控管理能够提高工作质量以及医务人员对管理模式的认可度和满意度,降低院内感染风险。
Objective To explore the application value of whole-process quality control management in hospital disinfection supply room in improving work quality and preventing nosocomial infection.Methods 400 pieces of medical equipment and 25 medical staff of disinfection supply room in Juxian Health Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.From October 2021 to March 2022,the Disinfection Supply Room carried out routine management,including 200 pieces of medical equipment and 25 medical personnel as the control group.From April to October 2022,the disinfection supply room carried out whole-process quality control management,including 200 pieces of medical equipment and 25 medical personnel as the observation group.Compared the application value of different management modes.Results The qualified rate,management mode evaluation score and management mode satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting whole-process quality control management in disinfection supply room can improve work quality and medical staff´s recognition and satisfaction of management mode,and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
