摘要
医学检验是现代实验技术与生物医学结合的一门医学应用技术学科,随着精准医疗的发展,对复合型医疗检验技术人才的需求日渐增加,各大医学院校以及附属医院可以引入“OBE+ADDIE”教育模式为基础,结合自身定位,培育适应地方产业发展需求、符合专业国家标准、达到学校医学检验技术专业培养规划的高素质应用型人才。
Medical laboratory is a medical application technology subject which combines modern experimental technology with biomedicine.With the development of precision medicine,the demand for compound medical laboratory technology talents is increasing day by day.Major medical colleges and affiliated hospitals can introduce"OBE+ADDIE"education model as the basis and combine their own positioning to cultivate high-quality applied talents who meet the needs of local industrial development,meet the professional national standards and meet the training plan of school medical laboratory technology major.
