摘要
研究采用水质评价指数对上海市某水厂出厂水进行评定,衡量出厂水质量情况。数字孪生技术是迈向智慧水厂的重要途径之一,某水厂采用建筑信息模型(BIM)+unity 3D方式构建了虚拟水厂,以虚拟水厂为主要内容的数字孪生平台中设置了各项业务板块。将水质评价指数融入数字孪生平台中的水质监控板块,能够实时显示水质评价指数数据、监控各项水质指标分指数,分析水质评价指数变化规律等。此外,对于水厂可能出现的水质异常事件,研究提出了水质评价指数联动数字孪生平台中其他功能板块的协同处置方案设想,可为未来智慧水厂水质异常事件处置提供一定参考。
In this study,water quality evaluation index was used to evaluate the water quality of a watertreatment plant(WTP)in Shanghai.Digital twin technology was one of the important approaches to smart WTP.The WTP used BIM+unity 3D to build a virtual WTP,and various business modules were set in the digital twin platform with virtual WTP as the main content.By integrating the water quality evaluation index into the water quality monitoring plate of the digital twin platform,the data of the water quality evaluation index could be displayed in real time,the sub-indices of each water quality index could be monitored,and the change rules of the water quality evaluation index could be analyzed.In addition,for abnormal water quality events that may occur in WTPs,this study proposed a collaborative disposal scheme for other functional blocks in the linked digital twin platform of water quality evaluation index,which could provide some reference for future treatment of abnormal water quality events in smart WTPs.
