摘要
为了以数字化的方式实时掌握智慧化污水处理厂(简称“污水厂”)的全要素运行状态,以及促进提升污水厂的运营管理水平,文中通过“模型+层次结构分析”的方法,研究了智慧化污水厂全要素运行评价模型、评价指标体系框架,并提出了智慧感知、智慧基础、智慧控制、智慧应用、智慧运营5个维度的评价指标,系统性地构建该指标体系,为智慧化污水厂运行评价提供了一定的科学依据。
In order to grasp the whole factor operation status of intelligent wasterwater treatment plant(WWTP)in real time in a digital way,and promote the improvement of the operation and management level of WWTP.Through the method of"model+hierarchical structure analysis",this paper studies the all factor operation evaluation model and evaluation index system framework of intelligent WWTP,and puts forward the evaluation indices in five dimensions:smart perception,smart foundation,smart control,smart application and smart operation.Index system is systematically constructed,which provides a certain scientific basis for the operation evaluation of intelligent sewage plant.
