摘要
目的探讨基于扎根理论分析自身免疫性疾病疫苗接种人群的负性情绪归因及其干预措施。方法将120例接种自身免疫性疾病疫苗人群作为研究对象,采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表、心理一致感量表、接纳和行动问卷(第二版)评价负性情绪、心理一致感、经验性回避,采用多元线性回归分析及结构方程模型评估心理一致感、经验性回避对负性情绪的影响。结果(1)多元线性回归分析显示,人均月收入≥7000元、大专及以上文化程度、心理一致感量表总分≥52分、家庭功能良好是自身免疫性疾病疫苗接种人群负性情绪产生的保护因素,疫苗不良反应、接纳和行动问卷第二版量表总分≥28分是自身免疫性疾病疫苗接种人群负性情绪产生的危险因素(P<0.05)。(2)心理一致感作为中介变量,使得经验性回避对负性情绪的影响从0.770降低至0.480,Bootstrap法结构方程模型验证分析结果为心理一致感作为中介变量,使得经验性回避对负性情绪的影响从0.77下降至0.10。结论自身免疫性疾病疫苗接种人群的负性情绪归因于人均月收入、文化程度、心理一致感、经验性回避等因素,实施扎根理论措施有助于消除上述诱发因素,缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the attributions of negative emotions in population vaccinated against autoimmune diseases and intervening measures:an analysis based on grounded theory.Methods Negative emotions,sense of coherence and empirical avoidance were evaluated with the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21),Sense of Coherence Scale(SOC-13)and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ)respectively,influences of sense of coherence and empirical avoidance on negative emotions assessed with multiple linear regression and structural equation model.Results(1)Multiple linear regression analysis showed that per capita monthly income≥7000 Yuan,junior college degree and above,total score of the SOC-13≥52 and good family function were protective factors for negative emotions in population vaccinated against autoimmune diseases,adverse reactions of vaccine and total score of the AAQ-II scale≥28 were risk factors(P<0.05);(2)sense of coherence acting as mediating variable made the impact of empirical avoidance on negative emotions decrease from 0.770 to 0.480,validation analysis of the structural equation model by Bootstrap method showed that sense of coherence acting as mediating variable made the impact of experiential avoidance on negative emotions decreased from 0.77 to 0.10.Conclusion Negative emotions are attributed to per capita monthly income,education levels,sense of coherence and empirical avoidance etc.in population vaccinated against autoimmune diseases,the implementation of grounded theory measures could help to eliminate the above-mentioned inducing factors,relieve patients’negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.
