摘要
目的:分析特种作业潜水员的人格特点及其与参训前状态焦虑的关联。方法:本研究为横断面调查研究。以某部即将参加蛙人输送艇运载训练任务的30名特种作业潜水员为研究对象,采用16PF人格问卷评估其人格特质,状态特质焦虑问卷(STAI)测试其非任务与任务状态下的状态和特质焦虑水平。结果:与国内军人常模相比,特种作业潜水员16PF的聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性得分更高;敏感性、幻想性、忧虑性、独立性、紧张性得分更低(均P<0.05)。特种作业潜水员在参训前STAI状态焦虑(31.6±7.6)和特质焦虑(34.3±7.1)得分均低于国内男性常模(P<0.05)。多重线性逐步回归分析结果显示,特质焦虑和聪慧性的回归系数分别与特种作业潜水员参训前的状态焦虑水平得分呈负向(β=-1.41)和正向(β=0.67)关联。结论:与一般军人群体相比,特种作业潜水员聪慧、稳定、好强、敢为、理智、负责等人格特征更突出,低特质焦虑和高聪慧性与参训前的低状态焦虑水平存在关联。
Objective:To analyze the personality profiles of special operation divers and its relations to state anxiety level before training.Methods:In this cross-sectional survey,30 special operation divers who would take part in the training task of transporting frogman boat were selected.They were assessed with the Cattell's 16 Person-ality Factor Questionnaire(16PF)for evaluating personality traits,and with the State Trait Anxiety Questionnaire(STAI)for evaluating state and trait anxiety levels under non-task and task states.Results:Compared with the norm of general soldiers,the underwater special divers got higher scores in reasoning,emotional stability,dominance,live-liness,consciousness and aggression of 16PF,and lower scores in sensitivity,abstractness,apprehension,self-reli-ance and tension(P<0.05).The scores of STAI state anxiety(31.57±7.56)and trait anxiety(34.27±7.06)in special operation divers before training were lower than the domestic male norm(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the scores of trait anxiety and reasoning were negatively(β=-1.41)and positively(β=0.67)associated with the state anxiety scores in special operation divers before training,respectively.Conclusion:Compared with the general military group,the personality characteristics of special opera-tion divers are more prominent in some dimensions,such as reasoning,emotional stability,dominance,liveliness,consciousness and aggression.Low trait anxiety and high reasoning are associated with the lower state anxiety level of underwater special divers before training.
