应用型高校“食品生物化学”课程立体化教学改革与实践 被引量:3

摘要 以实地授课为基础,辅之以教学理论研究教学改革;从实地授课中得到教学课程改革研究结论,认真分析课程思政在教学实践创新过程中的切入点,并进行更深层次的剖析,将课程学习的大量学生案例进行整合分析,找出成功案例与切实可行的教学模式。通过实践及时总结有益心得,对不足之处进行深刻反思,立足以学生为中心的教学思想,积极利用该课题的研究成果推进“食品生物化学”课程建设,系统分析“食品生物化学”课程“思政”与“专业思政”的有效结合及实施方法,对思政教育在课堂教学过程的融入提出探讨,实现育人的目标。 Based on field lectures,supplemented by teaching theory research on teaching reform;we obtained teaching curriculum reform research conclusions from the field lectures,carefully analyzed the entry points of the curriculum ideology in the process of teaching practice innovation,and carried out deeper analysis.After integrating and analyzing the large number of student cases of course learning,the successful cases and practical teaching models are found.Through practice,we summarize the beneficial experience in a timely manner,conduct a deep reflection on the deficiencies;based on the student-centered teaching idea,actively use the research results of the topic to promote the construction of Food Biochemistry courses;systematically analyze the effective combination of“curriculum thinking”and“professional political thinking”of Food Biochemistry;and put forward discussions on the integration of ideological education in the classroom teaching process to achieve the goal of educating people.
