摘要
为更好地促进高校图书馆事业发展,加快书香校园建设进程,应吸引更多优秀人才加入高校图书馆。在此过程中,构建完善的人才支撑与评价体系尤为重要。本文通过构建高校图书馆人才支撑体系,利用SPSS对河南省10所高校图书馆数据进行因子分析并计算10所高校图书馆的综合得分排名。研究结果显示,高校图书馆科研创新因子分值较低,说明图书馆员工总数和图书馆持高级职称者人数占比较低。基于此,针对进一步完善高校图书馆人才支撑与评价体系提出了若干具体建议。
In order to better facilitate the development of university libraries and accelerate the construction of book campus,more outstanding talents should be introduced.In this process,it is of key importance to build a sound talent support and evaluation system.To this end,SPSS was adopted to factor analyze the data of 10 college libraries in Henan Province and calculate their comprehensive rankings.The research results indicate that the ranking of scientific research and innovation factor of college libraries is low,which manifests that the total number of library employees and holders with senior titles account for a relatively low percentage.Based on this,several suggestions are made to further improve the talent support and evaluation system of university libraries.
