基于碳足迹的铁路货车产品绿色指标体系研究

摘要 在我国提出“双碳”战略目标、打造绿色交通以及实施碳交易政策的背景下,构建一个铁路货车产品绿色指标体系,对于我国轨道交通铁路货运行业践行绿色发展理念,助力“双碳”目标实现有十分重要的意义。文章阐述了铁路交通的“绿色”现状,围绕着包含研发设计、生产制造、运营管理和报废回收这4个阶段的铁路货车产品全生命周期,分析了铁路货车产品全生命周期各阶段碳足迹的表现形式,提出了铁路货车产品绿色指标体系的主要属性,搭建了包括方案设计对比以及4个阶段碳足迹核算的铁路货车产品绿色指标体系。研究表明:以全生命周期各阶段绿色指标的碳足迹进行核算度量,在方案设计时进行铁路货车产品“绿色度”对比,能使“绿色”特性贯穿于整个铁路货车产品的全生命周期中。 In the context of China’s“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”strategic goals,the creation of green transportation and the implementation of carbon trading policies,the establishment of a green indicator evaluation system for railway freight car products is very important for China’s rail transit freight industry to practice the concept of green development and help achieve the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goals.This paper describes the“green”status of railway transportation,and constructs the full life cycle of railway freight car products,including R&D design,production and manufacturing,operation management and scrap recycling,analyzes the manifestation of carbon footprint in each stage of the whole life cycle of railway freight car products,puts forward the main attributes of the green indicator evaluation system for railway freight car products,and establishes a green indicator evaluation system for railway freight car products,including scheme design comparison and four stages of carbon footprint accounting.The research shows that the“green”characteristics of railway freight car products can run through the whole life cycle of railway freight car products by calculating and measuring the carbon footprint of green indicators at each stage of the whole life cycle and comparing the“green degree”of railway freight car products during the scheme design.
