摘要
结合当今社会发展的实际状况来看,汽车钣金与涂装专业面临着严重的高技能人才稀缺,这一问题的严重程度已经影响到汽修市场的发展。为解决该专业面临的人才稀缺问题,本文以校企合作的常见模式为切入点,通过查阅相关资料、研究、新闻等各方面文献内容,尝试对汽车钣金与涂装专业面临的人才能力评价模式问题加以剖析,结合校企合作提出解决问题的策略,以期能为专业教育工作乃至行业的发展提供理论支持,对现有的人才培养工作加以完善。
According to the actual situation of social development today,the specialty of automobile sheet metal and coating is facing a serious shortage of highly skilled talents.The severity of this problem has affected the development of the automobile repair market.In order to solve the problem of talent scarcity faced by the specialty,this paper attempts to analyze the talent ability evaluation model faced by the automobile sheet metal and coating specialty by referring to relevant materials,research,news and other literature content,taking the common model of school enterprise cooperation as the starting point,and puts forward strategies to solve the problem in combination with school enterprise cooperation,in order to provide theoretical support for professional education and even the development of the industry,Improve the existing talent training work.
