摘要 中国共产党历来非常重视我国民族团结进步教育,这是党开展民族工作的优良传统和政治优势。通过民族团结进步教育可以增强各族人民的中华民族认同感,进而铸牢中华民族共同体意识,有利于国家的发展强大和政权的稳定。文化是一个民族的魂魄,文化认同是民族团结的根脉。新时代民族团结进步教育,必须挖掘民族文化,强化中华文化认同。话语是文化的内容和表达形式,中华民族的团结进步教育话语是一种介质,它不仅体现着民族团结思想和观念,还型塑规约着民族团结实践。新时代民族团结进步教育的话语作为中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,绝不是高高在上的思想理论和价值观念,必须扎根人民,回应人民呼声,解决人民问题,实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识这一伟大目标。所以,新时代民族团结进步教育的话语生成,实际是依托于原有的民族团结教育的形成与发展逻辑,在新时代民族共同富裕的背景下实现从以民族团结理论范式到以教育为手段指向民族团结实践不断深化的过程。即,把握战略部署:指引民族团结进步教育常态化发展方向;整合教育资源:打造民族团结文化教育“引擎”;嵌入教育管理:持续深化民族团结进步教育“制度供给”。 The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the education of national unity and progress in our country,which is the fine tradition and political advantage of the Communist Party of China in carrying out ethnic work.Through the education of national unity and progress,the sense of Chinese national identity of the people of all ethnic groups can be enhanced,and the sense of the Chinese national community can be firmly forged,which is conducive to the development and stability of the country and the stability of the political power.Culture is the soul of a nation,and cultural identity is the root of national unity.In the new era,education on national unity and progress must excavate national culture and strengthen Chinese cultural identity.Discourse is the content and form of expression of culture.The discourse of unity and progress education of the Chinese nation is a medium,which not only embodies the ideas and concepts of national unity,but also shapes and regulates the practice of national unity.As an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the discourse of national unity and progress education in the new era is by no means a lofty ideological theory and value concept,and it must take root in the people,respond to the people's voice,solve the people's problems,and achieve the great goal of forging a solid sense of the Chinese national community.Therefore,the discourse generation of national unity and progress education in the new era is actually based on the formation and development logic of the original national unity education,and in the context of the common prosperity of the nation in the new era,the process of deepening from the theoretical paradigm of national unity to the use of education as a means to point to the practice of national unity is realized.That is,grasp the strategic deployment:guide the direction of normalization and development of national unity and progress education;Integrating educational resources:building an"engine"
