国家通用语言文字教育促进各民族交往交流交融的价值与路径 被引量:4

Value and Path of National Lingua Franca Education to Promote Exchange,Communication and Integration of All Ethnic Groups

摘要 随着社会经济的飞速发展,我国各区域、各民族之间交往交流交融向纵深方向迈进,呈现出“互嵌”格局。国家通用语言文字教育不仅是深化各民族团结进步的催化剂,也是中华民族共同体建设的重要基础。从历史进程看,民族团结始终以国家通用语言文字为重要载体;从现实意义上看,中华民族共同体意识指引着国家通用语言文字教育的方向,凝聚着国家通用语言文字教育的动力。国家通用语言文字教育促进各民族交往交流交融的价值取向:一是打破区域条块分割,保障民族互嵌社会的“公共性”建设;二是营造“互惠互利”的语言环境,形塑社会规范性共识。这一价值取向也是国家通用语言文字教育助推中华民族共同体建设的践行路径:完善制度供给,助推“互嵌”格局的公共性建设;补齐语言短板,提升区域“互嵌”发展的“内生力”。 With the rapid development of social economy,the communication and integration between various regions and ethnic groups in China are moving forward towards profoundness,indicating a pattern of“mutual embedding”.The education of the national lingua franca is not only a catalyst for deepening the unity and progress of all ethnic groups,but also an important foundation for the construction of the Chinese national community.From the historical process,ethnic unity has always taken national lingua franca as an important carrier;from a practical sense,the sense of community of the Chinese nation guides the direction of national lingua franca education,and embodies the power of national lingua franca education.The value orientation of the national lingua franca education to promote communication and integration of various ethnic groups is to break the regional division and ensure the“public nature”construction of ethnic groups embedded in the society.The second is to create a“mutually beneficial”language environment to shape the social normative consensus.This value orientation is also the practical path of the national lingua franca education to boost the construction of the Chinese national community.We should improve the system supply and boost the public construction of“intercropping”pattern;strengthen language to overcome its weakness and enhance the“endogenous force”of regional“intercropping”development.
