舰船通信系统用小弯曲耐燃烧光缆的研制

Development of Small-Bend Flame-Resistant Optical Cable for Ship Communication System

摘要 为了满足舰船狭小空间内更高温度等级燃烧环境下实时通信的需求,展开了舰船通信系统用小弯曲耐燃烧光缆的研制。通过耐燃烧光纤及其保护、防火层、耐弯曲、光缆强度等结构设计,以及光缆燃烧和水火喷淋热力学仿真分析、严格而精密制作工艺控制,成功研制了该光缆。经检测,该光缆具有优良的机械性能(弯曲半径≥5倍光缆外径,拉伸性能≥3 kN)、耐燃烧性能(950℃燃烧90 min,自然冷却15 min)和耐水火喷淋性能(950℃燃烧15 min,水冷15 min),能够满足舰船通信系统传输要求,可确保发生火灾时指挥、疏散、作战、撤离等行动顺利进行。 In order to meet the requirements of real-time communication in the higher temperature class combustion environment in the narrow and small space of ships,the development of small-bend flame-resistant optical cable for ship communication system is carried out.The optical cable has been successfully developed through the structural design of flame-resistant optical fiber and its protection,fireproof layer,bending resistance,optical cable strength,as well as the thermal simulation analysis of optical cable flame and fire&.water-spray,and strict and precise manufacturing process control.It has been tested that the optical cable has excellent mechanical properties(bending radius≥5 times the outer diameter of the optical cable,tensile property≥3 kN),combustion resistance(950℃combustion for 90 min,natural cooling for 15 min)and fire&water-spray resistance(950℃combustion for 15 min,water cooling for 15 min),which can meet the transmission requirements of the ship communication system,and can ensure the smooth operation of command,dispersion,combat and evacuation in case of fire.
