摘要
目的探析临床上对局部晚期甲状腺癌喉气管侵犯术后所应用的临床干预方案,总结出护理要点。方法以2021年1月-2021年12月为时间范围,从中总共筛选出30例晚期甲状腺癌侵犯喉气管患者纳入试验研究的范围,采用回顾性的分析方式,将临床上对局部晚期甲状腺癌喉气管侵犯患者术后实施的临床护理干预方案进行全面总结,将其中的护理关键步骤重点进行强调。结果在30例晚期甲状腺癌侵犯喉气管患者之中,分别实行全喉切除术、气管部分切除以及气管袖状切除术的患者为7例、19例与4例;根据后期的随访与复诊情况可知,所有患者均无生命危险且经由相关检查后显示无异常现象。结论临床上针对局部晚期甲状腺癌喉气管侵犯术后患者而言,在护理干预之中应当予以高度重视,需在整个手术期间为患者实施更加全面且系统的护理模式,重点关注患者的气道、口腔、生活饮食以及并发症等方面,最大限度提升患者的预后效果,加快患者的恢复速度。
Objective To explore the clinical intervention scheme applied after laryngeal and tracheal invasion of locally advanced thyroid cancer,and summarize the key points of nursing.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,a total of 30 patients with laryngotracheal invasion of advanced thyroid cancer were selected and included in the scope of the experimental study.The clinical nursing intervention programs for patients with laryngotracheal invasion of locally advanced thyroid cancer were comprehensively summarized by retrospective analysis,Highlight the key nursing steps.Results Among the 30 patients with advanced thyroid cancer invading laryngotracheal,total laryngectomy,partial tracheectomy and tracheal sleeve resection were performed in 7,19 and 4 cases respectively;According to the follow-up and follow-up in the later stage,all patients were not life-threatening and showed no abnormalities after relevant examinations.Conclusion Clinically for patients with laryngeal and tracheal invasion of locally advanced thyroid cancer,great attention should be paid to nursing intervention.A more comprehensive and systematic nursing model should be implemented for patients during the whole operation,focusing on their airway,mouth,diet and complications,so as to maximize the prognosis of patients,Speed up the recovery of patients.
