摘要
目的 研究前庭神经元炎引起眩晕症患者行昂丹司琼+倍他司汀治疗的效果。方法 数据取自我院2022年4月-2021年4月收治的80例前庭神经元炎引起眩晕症患者,“随机取样法”分单一组(倍他司汀,n=40)、联用组(倍他司汀+昂丹司琼,n=40),两组疗效比较。结果 用药前分析眩晕障碍程度、氧化应激性无差异,用药后分析不良反应无差异,P>0.05;用药后相比单一组,联用组DHI评分更低;SOD、GSH-Px指标更高,MDA、ET-1指标更低;联用组有效率(95.00%)高于单一组(75.00%),χ^(2)=4.132;P=0.042,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 昂丹司琼+倍他司汀治疗前庭神经元炎引起眩晕症患者可改善眩晕障碍、减轻氧化应激性,达到预期疗效、减少副作用,值得推崇。
Objective To study the efficacy of Ondansetron plus Betahistine in the treatment of vertigo in neurology department.Methods Data were collected from 80 patients with Vertigo who were treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2010.They were randomly 2021 into control group(Betahistine,n=40)and observation group(Betahistine+ondansetron,n=40),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in the degree of vertigo and oxidative stress before and after treatment,P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the scores of Dhi were lower,the indexes of SOD and GSH-Px were higher in the Observation Group,the effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),χ^(2)=4.132;P=0.042,P<0.05(with statistical significance).Conclusion Ondansetron+Betahistine can improve vertigo,relieve oxidative stress,achieve expected therapeutic effect and reduce side effects in patients with Vertigo,which is worthy of praise.
