任务式指挥对高校多校区办学管理的启示

摘要 多校区办学已成为高校普遍的运作方式,总体反映了当今世界各国高等教育的发展趋势,有力促进了高等教育体制改革和高校办学效益提升,但在办学管理实践中也出现了一些新问题、新挑战。首先,对高校多校区办学的形成原因和管理模式进行了分析;其次,讨论了任务式指挥的内涵、不同领域应用及其在实现分散与集中有机统一的高效灵活指挥方面的特征优势;最后,从管理体制、管理方式、管理流程等角度探索了任务式指挥对多校区办学管理的启示。 Multi-campus operation has become a common management mode of colleges and universities,which generally reflects the development trend of higher education around the world nowadays,and has strongly facilitated the system reform and efficiency improvement.However,some new problems and challenges also appear in the practice of multi-campus operation management.First,the formation reasons and management modes of multi-campus operation in colleges and universities are analyzed.Then,the connotation and applications in different fields of mission command are discussed,as well as its characteristics and advantages in realizing efficient and flexible command in both decentralized and centralized treatment.Last,the enlightenments of mission command to multi-campus operation management are explored from the perspective of management system,mode and procedure.
