摘要
盘县电厂原110kV土焦I回线107间隔使用的LW29-126/T3150-40G型断路器,配备PSL-621型保护装置。该型号断路器无本体防跳回路,采用的是操作箱防跳回路,而该回路断路器远方/就地按钮打在就地及断路器机构存在故障时,存在断路器跳跃风险,同时此开关本体存在隐患,因此将原110 kV断路器升级换型为具有断路器本体防跳功能的3PA1-FG型断路器。但更换断路器后,按照原有接线方式会出现操作箱防跳回路与断路器本体防跳回路同时运行,产生寄生回路,为电力系统的安全稳定运行埋下事故隐患。针对上述问题,对断路器防跳回路进行了优化改进。
LW29-126/T3150-40G circuit breaker used at 107 intervals of the original 110 kV Tujiao I loop in Panxian Power Plant,equipped with PSL-621 protection device.This type of circuit breaker has no body anti-trip circuit,it uses operation box anti-trip circuit.The risk of circuit breaker tripping occurs when the remote/in-place buttons of the circuit breaker are hit in-place and the breaker mechanism fails.At the same time,there is a hidden danger in the switch body.Therefore,the original 110 kV circuit breaker was upgraded to a 3PA1-FG type circuit breaker with anti-trip function of the circuit breaker body.However,after replacing the circuit breaker,according to the original wiring method,the anti-trip circuit of the operation box and the anti-trip circuit of the circuit breaker body will operate at the same time,resulting in parasitic circuits,burying hidden dangers for the safe and stable operation of the power system.In view of the above problems,the anti-trip circuit of the circuit breaker is optimized and improved.
