摘要
在详细分析高压断路器典型防跳回路设计的基础上,结合因防跳功能双重化配置接线不合理及防跳继电器质量缺陷导致的断路器控制异常和防跳功能失效案例分析,提出了几种改进方案,通过综合分析各自的优缺点,最终提出了一个解决方案。该方案保留防跳回路的双重化配置,同时兼顾保护装置和断路器操动机构防跳回路的优势,通过改变断路器控制回路接线,断路器就地操作采用机构防跳,远方操作采用保护防跳,两者之间可根据控制装置状态自动切换,提高了断路器动作的可靠性。
Based on the detailed analysis on the design of anti-trip circuit of high-voltage circuit breaker and in combination with the analysis on cases of abnormal circuit breaker control and failure of anti-trip due to unreasonable double configuration wiring and quality defects of anti-trip relay, the paper brings forward sever-al improvement solutions, from which one solution is selected after advantages and disadvantages are ana-lyzed. The solution maintains the double configuration of anti-trip circuit while owns the advantages of opera-tion mechanism of protection device and circuit breaker. By changing control circuit wiring of circuit breaker, mechanism anti-trip and protective anti-trip are respectively adopted in local operation and remote operation of circuit breaker. The two modes can automatically switch according to the status of control device, which improves the reliability of circuit breaker action.
