摘要
海上风电场电气主接线是构成海上风电场电力系统能量枢纽的基本结构,它的可靠运行对电力系统的安全稳定运行有着至关重要的影响。综合考虑状态空间法、最小路集法和状态枚举法的特点,提出了一种基于元件状态空间的全概率枚举可靠性评估方法。通过对某1000 MW海上风电场送出系统主接线进行深入分析,采用该评估方法进行可靠性评估和综合分析,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性,并根据可靠性评估结果提出了相应的改善措施,促进了海上风电场送出系统电气主接线可靠性评价的规范化。
The electrical main wiring of an offshore wind farm is the basic structure that forms the energy hub of the offshore wind farm power system,and its reliable operation has a crucial impact on the safe and stable operation of the power system.Considering the characteristics of state space method,minimum path set method and state enumeration method,a full-probability enumeration reliability evaluation method based on component state space is proposed.Through the in-depth analysis of the main wiring of a 1000 MW offshore wind farm transmission system,the reliability evaluation and comprehensive analysis of the evaluation method are carried out,and the correctness and effectiveness of the method are verified.According to the reliability assessment results,corresponding improvement measures are proposed,which promotes the standardization of the reliability evaluation of electrical main wiring of offshore wind farm transmission system.
