摘要
以高温、高压深井试油作业中常用的RTTS封隔器为研究对象,考虑封隔器的材料、几何、接触非线性特征,应用非线性有限元理论,以Mooney-Rivlin应变能函数建立非线性材料模型,综合运用杂交网格、非线性自适应区域、罚刚度算法等处理几何、接触非线性导致的难收敛问题。建立RTTS封隔器三维有限元模型,应用控制变量法研究封隔器密封性能的影响因素。研究发现:胶筒的等效应力及接触压力随坐封载荷的线性增大而非线性增大;随着胶筒个数的增加,胶筒接触压力沿远离压缩端方向依次降低;胶筒的接触压力随摩擦因数、材料硬度的增加而非线性降低。该研究结果可以为封隔器胶筒的改进设计提供参考。
With HTHP RTTS packer commonly applied in testing as the research object and in consideration of the material,geometry and contact nonlinear features of packer system,the nonlinear material model is established with Mooney-Rivlin strain energy function based on nonlinear finite element theory,and the difficult convergence problems caused by geometry and contact nonlinearity are comprehensively tackled by hybrid grid,non-linear adaptive region and penalty stiffness algorithm.The three-dimensional finite element model of RTTS packer is established,and the influence factors of packer sealing performance are studied by control variable method.It is found that the equivalent stress and contact pressure of the rubber increase nonlinearly with the linear increase of the setting load;the contact pressure of the rubber decreases in turn along the direction away from the compression end with the increase of the number of the rubber;the contact pressure of the rubber increases with the increase of the friction coefficient and the hardness of the material instead of linear reduction.The research results can provide a reference for the design improvement of packer rubber.
