矿山企业驻矿管理团队是矿山开采项目的中枢神经,关系矿山开采项目生产运营的质量。文章基于矿山开采项目背景,紧密结合驻矿管理团队的功能定位,探讨驻矿管理团队薪酬激励的途径,建立科学合理的驻矿管理团队薪酬激励办法,激发驻矿管理团队成员的工作积极性和创造性,建设稳定团结、和谐向上的驻矿管理团队,促进矿山企业矿山开采项目的长效发展。
