情景模拟联合Seminar教学法在老年医学MBBS教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价情景模拟联合Seminar教学法在老年医学MBBS教学中的应用效果。方法将2021年9—12月昆明医科大学第一附属医院学习老年医学课程的40名MBBS学生随机分为观察组和对照组,在观察组中应用情景模拟+Seminar教学法,在对照组中应用传统多媒体教学法。课后评价并对比两组学生的教学效果。结果观察组课堂表现及测试成绩优于对照组,医患沟通能力、临床思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对教学效果的评价较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年医学MMBS教学中应用情景模拟+Seminar教学方法,有助于提高学生对老年医学知识掌握程度,提高其临床思维能力,并获得较高的教学满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the application of situational simulation combined with Seminar teaching method in teaching MBBS in geriatrics.Methods From September to December 2021,40 MBBS students studying geriatrics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The teaching method of scenario simulation+Seminar was applied in the observation group,and the traditional multimedia teaching method was applied in the control group.After class,evaluated and compared the teaching effects of the two groups of students.Results The classroom performance and test scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the scores of doctor-patient communication ability and clinical thinking ability were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation+seminar teaching method in MMBS teaching of geriatrics can help students improve their grasp of geriatric knowledge,improve their clinical thinking ability and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
