摘要
借鉴跨文化适应研究模型中的研究思路,通过问卷调查不同国家地区的来华留学生,探究他们线上学习压力源、压力应对策略以及二者对线上学习心理适应的影响。发现外源性压力是留学生线上学习的主要压力来源;留学身份、年级、国家地区是影响留学生压力感知的重要因素;留学生主要采取面对型策略应对线上学习压力,年级和汉语水平影响留学生的压力应对策略;线上学习压力源和压力应对策略是影响留学生线上学习心理适应的重要因素。根据留学生线上学习的特殊性,将跨文化适应研究模型发展为虚拟空间跨文化适应研究模型,从学校、教师与学生三个层面提出建议以促进留学生线上学习心理适应。
In the light of Berry s acculturation framework,through questionnaire survey,this paper investigates how the academic stress and stress coping strategies in online learning influence the psychological adaptation of the international students in China from different countries and regions.It is found that the exogenous stress is the main source of stress in the process of online learning;the status,grade,and the countries and regions they are from are important factors that affect their perception of stress;international students tend to adopt positive coping strategies when facing academic stress,and their grades and Chinese proficiency affect the use of coping strategies;the stress and stress coping strategies are important factors that influence the psychological adaptation of international students to online learning.According to the particularity of international students in online learning,this paper develops Berry s acculturation framework into a framework applicable to the study of acculturation in virtual space,and proposes certain suggestions that facilitate international students psychological adaptation to online learning from the perspectives of schools,teachers and students.
