摘要
中小学生长期体验着学业压力、人际压力,尤其是近几年新冠疫情带来的环境压力,不少学生出现了生理、行为、情绪和认知方面的压力反应。觉察自己的压力源,认识压力的普遍性和不可避免性,觉察压力的积极作用,学会压力的应对策略,都能帮助中小学生做好压力管理。
Primary and secondary school students have experienced long-term academic stress,interpersonal stress and especially environmental stress from COVID-19 in recent years,so that physical,behavioral,emotional,and cognitive stress reactions have emerged among students.Students should learn to be aware of their own pressure source,recognize the universality and inevitability of stress and learn to be aware of the positive effects of stress and strategies to cope with stress,all of which can help students manage stress well.
