摘要
各民族交往交流交融是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求,也是新时代民族工作开展的重要保障。新疆高校的多民族大学生是新时代民族工作开展的重要力量,是促进多民族大学生交往交流交融的主要阵地之一,该文通过对新疆大学促进各民族大学生交往交流交融的实证案例研究,总结新疆高校促进各民族大学生交往交流交融的成功经验与不足之处,以期寻求更加切实可行的路径与方法促进新疆高校各民族大学生的交往交流与交融,紧随民族政策及时代发展建立起促进多民族大学生交往交流交融的长效机制,同时为新疆地区促进各民族交往交流交融提出合理化建议。
The communication,exchange,and integration of various ethnic groups is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community,and also an important guarantee for the development of ethnic work in the new era.The multi-ethnic college students in Xinjiang universities are an important force in the development of ethnic work in the new era,and one of the main platforms for promoting the communication,exchange,and integration of multi-ethnic college students.This article summarizes the successful experience and shortcomings of Xinjiang universities in promoting the communication,exchange,and integration of ethnic college students through empirical case studies,In order to seek more practical and feasible paths and methods to promote the communication,exchange,and integration of college students from various ethnic groups in Xinjiang universities,and to establish a long-term mechanism to promote the communication,exchange,and integration of multi-ethnic college students in line with ethnic policies and the development of the times.At the same time,reasonable suggestions are proposed for promoting the communication,exchange,and integration of various ethnic groups in Xinjiang region.
