摘要
通过分析高校少数民族大学生职业指导教育教学的现状,对某农林院校的少数民族本科生的职业指导教育教学进行了调查,提出在少数民族培养模式上必须要创新,建议可以采用职业培训方式;在教学上必须注重让少数民族生多参与生产实习和社会实践,通过资深职业指导师指导、专职辅导员管理和专业导师帮扶,实现专业、人性化、全程化职业指导,创新职业指导教育教学模式,更好地提升少数民族学生的职业能力。
By analyzing the education status of minority students at college and university and by investigating the vocational guid-ance education and teaching management of an agricultural and forestry college, suggestions are as follow:(1)minority cultivating mode must be innovated, such as occupational training methods ;(2)minorities should be more involved in the production practice and social practice. With help from senior professional instructors, full-time counselors and specialist tutors, minority students can achieve a profes-sional, humane, whole-process career guidance and creative vocational guidance and teaching model. Finally, they may better enhance their vocational ability.
