摘要
本文从CSSCI和WOS核心合集数据库中检索知识管理主题文献,借助可视化分析软件CiteSpace绘制知识图谱,综合运用文献计量和知识图谱分析方法展开分析,为国内知识管理发展提供科学参考。研究表明,国际知识管理领域研究热情高涨,国内正处于发展瓶颈期;核心研究力量来自发达国家和部分发展中国家。国内外知识管理领域知识基础较为完善。国内文献注重知识管理内涵、服务、隐性知识和图书馆等,偏向理论层面探讨;国外文献主要集中于知识管理绩效、系统、战略、发展前景,注重综合性、创新应用和科技成果转化,企业知识管理方面的研究成果斐然。
In this paper,the knowledge management theme literature is retrieved from the CSSCI and WOS core collection databases,and the knowledge graph is drawn with the visual analysis software CiteSpace to develop the analysis,comprehensively using bibliometric analysis and knowledge graph analysis methods to provide scientific reference for the development of knowledge management in China.The research shows that the research enthusiasm in the field of international knowledge management is high and the domestic is in the development bottleneck period;the core research force comes from developed countries and some developing countries;the knowledge base is perfect to provide scientific research basis for subsequent research;domestic literature pays attention to the connotation of knowledge management,service,tacit knowledge and library,and tends to the theoretical discussion;foreign literature mainly focuses on the performance,system,strategy and development prospect of knowledge management,and pays attention to comprehensive,innovative application and transformation of scientific and technological achievements;the research achievements in enterprise knowledge management are remarkable.
