摘要
针刺运动疗法在临床上运用广泛,不仅可以治疗运动系统疾病,而且可以治疗脏腑疾患、神经系统疾患及其他杂症。针对肩周炎的治疗,张虹教授经过40年的临床实践总结,在常规刺法的基础上,总结凝练出运动针法联合“烧山火”针刺法治疗肩周炎的方法,此法可温经散寒、疏调经筋,具有疗效显著,操作方便,易于推广等优点。笔者现介绍针刺运动疗法在肩周炎治疗中的发展应用,并将张虹教授运用运动针法治疗肩周炎的经验介绍如下,供各位医者互相交流学习。
Acupuncture exercise therapy is widely used in clinical practice.It can not only treat disease of motor system,but also treat viscera disease,nervous system disease and other miscellaneous diseases.For the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,Professor Zhang Hong has summarized the acupuncture exercise therapy combined with shaoshanhuo acupuncture method on the basis of conventional acupuncture after 40 years of clinical practice.This method can warm meridians and remove cold,then dredge and adjust tendons and meridians,it is effective,easy to operate and easy to popularize.Now the author will introduce the development and application of acupuncture and exercise therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,and also to introduce Zhang Hong's experience in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture exercise therapy as follows for doctors to leaarn each other.
