摘要
电针疗法是结合了电刺激和针灸刺激作用于人体穴位,从而调节人体生理和心理失衡的一种临床治疗方法。电针疗法具有作用安全,刺激稳定,操作简单等优点,近年来在临床上得以广泛应用。电针的作用机制可能是通过电刺激和针灸刺激作用于人体内的神经网络从而达到其治疗效果。大量临床研究表明,电针可以在术中发挥镇静镇痛的作用;可以调节免疫系统、内分泌系统、改善炎症损伤;可以保护心血管系统、调节胃肠道、改善神经系统症状等。本文旨在论述电针疗法在临床应用中的作用以及作用机制。
Electroacupuncture is a clinical therapy which uses the stimulation of electricity and acupuncture to help people regulating the imbalance of physiology and mentality. It can be safe and easy to control. As well,electroacupuncture can treat diseases with stable stimulate parameters. The mechanism of this therapy may be the stimulation of electroacupuncture acting on the nerve system in the acupoints. A lot of clinical trials have proved that there are some effects of electroacupuncture,such as analgesia,regulating immune and endocrine system,improving inflammatory injury,protecting cardiovascular,digestive and nerve systems. This summary is aimed at discussing the mechanism and effects of electroacupuncture.
