摘要
标准贯入试验是国内外岩土工程勘察列入技术标准的一种常规、通用现场原位测试方法,对于试验结果是否应该根据杆长进行修正这一问题,国内外工程界和学术界仍存在较大的分歧。为了研究钻杆长度对标准贯入试验锤击数的影响,采用钻孔实测方式,基于物联网技术研发了相应的试验装置和数字采集系统,实现了不同杆长下标准贯入试验加速度、击数和位移等参数的快速实时测量。对试验数据进行分析,锤击产生的质点峰值弹性波速随着杆长的增加无明显衰减,不同钻杆长度以及相同钻杆长度不同位置上的锤击能量变化不明显。
Standard penetration test(SPT)is a conventional and universal in-situ test method listed in the technical standards for geotechnical engineering investigation.There are still great differences in the engineering and academic circles at home and abroad on whether the test results should be corrected according to the length of the rod.In order to study the influence of drill pipe length on SPT blow count,the corresponding test device and digital acquisition system are developed based on the internet of things technology by using the drilling measurement method,and the rapid real-time measurement of SPT acceleration,blow count and displacement under different rod lengths is realized.According to the analysis on the test data,the peak elastic wave velocity of the particle produced by the hammering has no obvious attenuation with the increase of the rod length,and the impact energy at different positions of the different drill rod lengths and the same drill rod length has no obvious change.
