摘要 升降系统作为自升式海上风电安装平台的核心部件之一,对其进行故障模式及影响分析能够为作业期间运行维护提供依据和重要参考。针对升降系统的常见故障模式进行了基于模糊数学和灰色理论的重要性和影响评价,发现计算模型比传统方法更能准确地进行其故障重要性和影响性排序,为升降系统的日常维护保养和检验提供了依据,不但可以更好地保证平台的安全,且能够节约维修保养成本。 As one of the core components of the jack-up offshore wind power installation platform,the failure mode and impact analysis of the lifting system can provide a basis and important reference for operation and maintenance during operation.The importance and impact evaluation based on fuzzy mathematics and gray theory was conducted for the common failure modes of the lifting system.It was found that the computational model can rank the importance and impact of the failure more accurately than the traditional method,which provides a basis for the daily maintenance and inspection of the lifting system,which not only can better ensure the safety of the platform,but also can save the maintenance cost.
