并网光伏电站的一次调频特性分析 被引量:21

摘要 太阳能作为一种可再生、无污染的能源,具有较好的发展前景。当大规模光伏电站接入孤立电网时,将导致系统惯性降低,调频能力不足,威胁到电网的安全运行。针对此,文中改变光伏电站的功率控制方式,设定了光伏电站的减载水平和功频静态特性,使光伏电站参与系统的一次调频。通过在PSCAD/EMTDC软件中仿真分析,表明光伏电站在所提控制策略下实现了一次调频的功能,分担了常规电厂的一次调频压力,减小了系统频率的变化量,提高了系统的频率稳定性,验证了所提方法的有效性。 As a kind of clean and renewable energy, solar energy has good prospects for development. When, thelarge scale integration of photovohaic power station accesses to isolated grid, which may cause the issue of low inertiaand lack of ability of frequency regulation in power system, thus affecting the safe operation of the power system. Inview of this, this paper changes the power control mode of PV station, sets load shedding level and static frequencycharacteristic of PV station, so the PV station can participate in primary frequency regulation of system. Through sim-ulation analysis in PSCAD/EMTDC, photovoltaic power station realizes the function of primary frequency regulationwhen the load changes, reducing the variation of system frequency and improving the frequency stability of power sys-tem, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
