摘要
目的探讨针对老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者治疗中采用甘精胰岛素联合磷酸西格列汀的应用价值,分析疗效并观察患者预后。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月北京市石景山医院收治的80例老年T2DM患者,随机分成两组,对照组(n=40)口服磷酸西格列汀单一用药,研究组(n=40)在对照组基础上注射甘精胰岛素。分析两组总体疗效、血糖水平、胰岛功能指标、炎性因子水平、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率、HMOA-β水平、GQOLI量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血糖水平、FINS、HOMA-IR、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年T2DM患者治疗中联合使用磷酸西格列汀与甘精胰岛素可有效控制血糖水平,改善胰岛功能且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the application value of insulin glargine combined with sitagliptin phosphate in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM),analyze the efficacy and observe the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly T2DM patients admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)received oral sigliptin phosphate as a single drug,while the study group(n=40)received insulin glargine injection on the basis of the control group.The overall efficacy,blood glucose levels,islet function indicators,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group,The level of HMOA-βand GQOLI Scale scores in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood glucose levels,FINS,HOMA-IR,IL-6,CRP,TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly T2DM patients,the combined use of sitagliptin phosphate and insulin glargine can effectively control the blood glucose level,improve the function of pancreatic islets without increasing adverse reactions,and is safe.
