氟掺杂羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合涂层镁合金的制备

摘要 为了提高医用镁合金的耐腐蚀性能和成骨分化性能,联合使用浸渍提拉法和微波液相法在镁合金表面制备了一系列氟掺杂羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖(FHA/CS)复合涂层,研究了CS分子量和CS溶液浓度对CS涂层和FHA/CS复合涂层的物相、表面形貌和电化学耐腐蚀性能的影响。此外,通过细胞实验研究了筛选出的具有较高耐腐蚀性能的复合涂层细胞活力和成骨分化性能。结果表明,致密完整、且具有仿生拓扑结构的FHA/CS复合涂层可维持正常细胞活力,并增强了镁合金的成骨分化性能。 A series of FHA/CS composite coatings were prepared on magnesium alloy via a combination of dip-coating and microwave aqueous synthesis to enhance the corrosion resistance and osteogenic differentiation capacity of biomedical magnesium alloy.The impacts of CS molecular weight and concentration of CS solution on the phase,surface morphology and electrochemical corrosion resistance of CS coatings and FHA/CS composite coatings were studied.The cell viability and osteogenic differentiation capacity of the screened FHA/CS composite coatings with excellent corrosion resistance were studied via cell experiments.The results indicated that compact and integral composite coating with biomimetic topography could maintain normal cell viability and enhance osteogenic differentiation capacity of magnesium alloy.
