摘要 为提高产品概念设计的高效性和完整性,解决传统产品设计分析阶段使用多种工具造成的繁杂、重复性问题,构建了一种FAST-FBS集成创新设计方法。该设计方法系统的集成了FAST、FBS两种工具的优势,以FAST分解得出的功能要素作为执行“功能(F)-行为(B)-结构(S)”转换的输入端,通过结合这两种工具改善了设计分析过程中“功能”要素的重叠。将此方法应用于玻璃幕墙清洁机的设计案例中,顺利完成了产品创新实践,验证了该方法的可行性与合理性。研究表明:FAST-FBS集成创新设计方法能够简化设计流程,实现功能分解到结构转换的精准映射,为产品概念设计提供科学、高效的分析工具。 In order to improve the efficiency and integrity of product conceptual design and solve the complicated and repetitive problems caused by the use of multiple tools in the analysis stage of traditional product design,a FAST-FBS integrated innovative design method is constructed.The design method integrates the advantages of FAST and FBS.The function elements decomposed by FAST are used as the input end to execute the transformation of"Function(F)-Behavior(B)-Structure(S)".The overlap of"Function"elements in the design analysis process is improved by combining the two tools.This design method is applied to the design case of glass curtain wall cleaning machine and the product innovation practice is successfully completed,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of this method.The research shows that the FAST-FBS integrated innovative design method can simplify the design process and realize the accurate mapping from functional decomposition to structural transformation.It can provide scientific and efficient analytical tools for product conceptual design.
