定向钻机给进装置设计

摘要 为提高钻机处理孔内事故的能力,给进装置采用2组给进起拔油缸,增大钻机的给进起拔力,在给进装置前、后端分别设计前、后稳固装置,同时针对多自由度变幅装置长定向钻孔施工中稳定性不足的问题,在给进装置上设计4组折叠式上下稳固装置,增强钻机长定向钻孔施工的稳定性。 In order to improve the ability of the drilling rig to deal with accidents in the hole,the feeding device adopts two sets of feeding and pulling cylinders to increase the feeding and pulling force of the drilling rig,the front and rear stabilizing devices are designed at the front and rear ends of the feeding device respectively.At the same time,in view of the insufficient stability of the multiple degrees of freedom luffing device in the long directional drilling construction,four groups of folding up and down stabilizing devices are designed on the feeding device to enhance the stability of the long directional drilling construction of the drilling rig.
