摘要
综合罐区储罐油气及装车油气排放不仅造成环境污染,且低洼处易形成油气聚集存在较大的安全风险,储罐油气回收将罐区各储罐罐顶气独立密闭收集,利用增压风机送往蓄热式热氧化装置;装车油气则通过氮气引射原理送往蓄热式热氧化装置,实现了将罐区挥发性有机物(VOCS)收集焚烧处理,具有可靠易行、经济合理的优点。在中国境内首次实现罐区有机废气入RTO炉净化处理的工业化应用,并节约油气回收设施的直接投资500万元。
The discharge of oil and gas from the storage tanks and loading oil and gas in the comprehensive tank farm not only causes environmental pollution,but also has great safety risks due to the accumulation of oil and gas in the low-lying areas.The oil and gas recovery of the storage tanks will collect the top gas of each storage tank in the tank farm independently and tightly,and send it to the regenerative thermal oxygenation device by the booster fan.The loaded oil and gas are sent to the regenerative thermal oxidation device through the nitrogen injection principle,realizing the collection and incineration of volatile organic compounds(VOCS)in the tank farm,which has the advantages of reliability,ease of operation,economy and rationality.The industrial application of RTO furnace purification treatment for organic waste gas from tank farms has been achieved for the first time in China,and saving 5 million yuan of direct investment in oil and gas recovery facilities.
