锅炉热力焚烧技术在有机废气处理工程中的应用 被引量:10

THE APPLICATION OF BOILER THERMAL INCINERATION TECHNOLOGY IN ORGANIC WASTE GAS TREATMENT PROJECT

摘要 有机废气治理技术目前已经多样化,但每种治理方法都存在一定的适用性和局限性,对于企业来说,综合选择适当的有机废气治理方法至关重要。针对浙江某制药公司污水处理厂产生的有机废气开发出的一套技术可靠、经济安全的锅炉焚烧处理技术,经应用,该技术适用于有机废气的深度处理,有机污染物的总净化效率不低于95%,投资及运行费用低,显示出良好的经济环境效益。 Diverse organic waste gas treatment technologies have been developed nowadays,but each approach bears its own applicability as well as limitation. For enterprises,it is crucial to select organic waste gas treatment methods appropriately and comprehensively. To deal with organic waste gas in a Zhejiang pharmaceutical company,a boiler incineration technology is developed and proved economical,safe,and technically reliable. In application,this technology is suitable for advanced treatment of organic waste gas,with total purification efficiency being no less than 95%,investment and operation cost is low, which shows excellent economic and environmental benefits satisfactory.
